The mission of Bonita Springs Assistance Office is to provide temporary assistance to residents of Bonita Springs who have been affected by an unexpected crisis. Its goal is to foster independence and self-reliance through education and by bridging the financial
needs of the recipient.
CAFE OF LIFE
Cafe of Life, founded in 1998, has become a fixture in Bonita Springs, serving luncheon meals Monday thru Friday to individuals and families from all walks of life. Their purpose today is to help in meeting the basic needs of the less fortunate people of Bonita Springs, providing nutritional and supplemental assistance while preserving the dignity of the client.
COMMUNITY COOPERATIVE
The mission of Community Cooperative is to eliminate hunger and homelessness in Lee County while simultaneously inspiring and supporting sustained positive change in its clients by delivering innovative food, education and social service programs.
HARRY CHAPIN FOOD BANK
Harry Chapin Food Bank serves children, families, seniors, veterans and residents of Southwest Florida. As the largest hunger relief nonprofit and the only Feeding America member in Southwest Florida, Harry Chapin Food Bank is uniquely positioned in our mission to lead our community in the fight against hunger.
HOME BASE
Home Base, founded in 2009, is a partnership of the Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital. They lead regional and national efforts with a team of experts working together to help Service Members, Veterans and their families
heal from the invisible wounds – PTSD, traumatic brain injuries
and mental illness.

ICSL provides the following services to anyone who lives in Lee County: Food Pantry, Meals On Wheels, Food Stamp Registration,Volunteer Income Tax Assistance,Notary and Fax Service, Financial Assistance, United Way Partner Programs, Free Summer Lunch For Children
KIDS' MINDS MATTER
Founded in 2016, Kids' Minds Matter is a unified movement in Southwest Florida
dedicated to advancing pediatric mental and behavioral health services. By developing clinical pathways to screen and treat patients, enhancing public awareness through education, and lobbying for systemic change and sustainable funding, Kids’ Minds Matter aims to align mental health providers, local agencies, the judicial system, law enforcement, schools and faith-based organizations. Kids’ Minds Matter is managed through the Lee Health Foundation.
LITERACY COUNCIL GULF COAST
Literacy Council is a non-profit organization committed to improving English language and reading skills of adults and children throughout Southwest Florida. They provide free instruction for adults in reading and writing, and in English for speakers of other languages.
NEW HORIZONS
New Horizons is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping at-risk children and teens who are growing up in an environment of poverty, academic failure and hopelessness. New Horizons currently reaches hundreds of K-12 students at 12 locations in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers, providing over 200,000 hours of after school tutoring and mentoring annually at no cost to their families.

The Mission of our Mother’s Home is to transition teen mothers and their children from foster care and human trafficking to stable, happy, and productive lives by providing a safe and nurturing home, education, parenting support, along with physical, mental and spiritual care.
PARTNERS FOR BREAST CANCER CARE
Partners for Breast Cancer Care, Inc. is a unique organization that is dedicated to serving our community’s women and men who desperately need our help. We fund breast screening, diagnostic testing and treatment for underserved women and men in Lee, Hendry, Glades, Collier and Charlotte Counties at no cost to them. Our clients are carefully screened for qualification. We are a “one-of-a-kind” organization offering no-cost breast health care to eligible residents, many of whom have nowhere else to turn for assistance.
